I can not imagine a life without sport. I get up with it and go to bed with it and it is an integral part of how i live my life. As a personal trainer and nutrition coach i see first hand every day how sport can make anyones life just so much better which in turn motivates me to do even more. I love to lift weights, hit the slopes and bike the countryside, but most of all i love to challenge myself both physically and mentally to break through plateaus and reach new levels. I love all sports and love my life as a result of that.
